    No because the delaying the voting report can means anything, the commission should apologize to Kenyan, thy promised two days and now is going to one week

    Kenya mus change from the known to unknown , change from Kenyatta and Odinga change from Gikuyu, Kalejin and Luo to others to make peace in Kenya. If not, no changes
