A Kenyan court has released on bail two Iranian terrorism suspects charged with intention to commit acts of grievous harm, Kenya's Capital FM reported Monday (July 16th).

The two suspects, Ahmed Mohamud and Sayed Mausud, were accused of possessing 15 kilogrammes of the powerful explosive RDX. They were ordered to surrender their passports to the court and are required to report to the Anti-Terrorism Police Unit twice a week.

"I have found that the two are not capital offenders and even if they were, the constitution allows them bail," Principal Magistrate Paul Biwott said. Bail was set at 2 million shillings ($23,000) each.

The Kenyan police had requested that bail be denied, asserting that the two suspects posed a security threat.

This shows clearly the widespread corruption within the Kenyan Judiciary. For money, you can rent the room of Kibaki and kick him out of it. In addition, you will soon hear that these two men fled the country using forged passports, and the case will be closed. Woe to you, slaves of the dirham and the dinar.
