Somali Transitional Federal Government security forces arrested 15 people believed to have ties with al-Shabaab, UN-funded Radio Bar-Kulan reported on Sunday (April 29th).
The operation came after authorities received credible information that some youths in the Hudur area were planning to commit a crime. The suspects are in custody and face questioning.
If authorities find the suspects have a connection with al-Shabaab, the government will press charges and the suspects will appear in court.
