As said by your article, Al-Shabaab is disintegrating further and its disintegration is becoming greater than before because their stronghold town of Kismayo was captured hence giving the government a great opportunity to take advantage of Al-Shabaab. The residents of Kismayo are now relieved of the problems they were meeting from Al-Shabaab.
